How does a video interview work?
At Roy., we know your time is precious. That's why we've developed a fast and efficient video recruitment experience that only takes a few minutes of your time.
1. Choose your ideal job
The first step is choosing the job that matches your expectations and availability from our wide selection of available positions.
💡 Tip: use the search filters on the Careers page to find the commercial cleaning job that best suits your needs. You can filter postings by work team, region, and shift.
2. Fill out the online application form
Go to the job application form to start the interactive conversation with our recruiters.
☝️ To move on to the next step, make sure you have a valid work permit in Canada!
3. Live video interview begins
If one of our recruiters is available, we'll offer you a 15-minute video interview in which we'll look to confirm your needs and expectations and learn about your availability.
💡 Tip: Make sure to allow access to your camera and microphone to start a live interview with one of our recruiters.
4. If the interview goes well, you'll receive a live job offer 🎉
Are you a true pro when it comes to reliability and thoroughness, and do you love a job well done? Are you available to work evenings or nights? We can't wait to welcome you to our team!
5. Training and starting your job
Within a maximum of 3 days after your interview, you'll be invited to Campus Roy., located in Anjou, for paid training (yes, paid!) on the technical know-how of the job.
Once you've completed the 3-hour training with our head of training, Romain Thibault, you'll finally be able to start your contract and meet your work team!

1. Be ready to take the video call
We know that being invited to chat with a recruiter as soon as you submit your application can be surprising! We recommend being ready to take the call right from the start of the recruitment process to avoid any surprises.
Simply be ready to introduce yourself and talk about your expectations and professional experience.
2. Be in a calm and comfortable environment
Choose a comfortable spot where you can chat calmly for about fifteen minutes. Avoid places that are too noisy or distracting so you can clearly hear the questions being asked.
3. Be yourself
We want to get to know you to see if the position offered matches your professional expectations. We encourage you to be yourself and ask all your questions to confirm your interest in the role. After all, our recruiters are there for that too!
