At ROY, sustainable development is at the heart of our values and daily practices. Since our founding in 1954, we have always been conscious of our responsibility to the environment and society. Roy was the first in its industry to go green. Our teams strive to implement concrete solutions to protect the environment by implementing an environmental management and sustainable development policy.
At the heart of our corporate approach, sustainable development is woven into every aspect of our activities. By focusing on our employees, we invest in their development by ensuring a smooth integration process for newcomers, offering enriching continuing education, and strengthening the skills of our leaders through supportive guidance and ongoing recognition.
At the same time, our pursuit of operational excellence is carried out with respect for the environment, optimizing our processes with cutting-edge tools, equipment, and technologies that minimize our ecological footprint. This mission converges toward an exceptional customer experience where every interaction is guided by open communication, careful inspection, and a willingness to meet our customers' needs, harmoniously balancing our company's aspirations with resource conservation and the long-term satisfaction of our stakeholders.
An ambitious dream to revolutionize the world of commercial cleaning finds its essence in the concept of sustainable development. By merging this bold vision with the fundamental principles of sustainable development, it becomes possible to create a ripple effect through sustainable initiatives, encompassing social, economic, and environmental aspects.
By integrating environmental responsibility, social equity, and economic viability, this grand dream becomes a reality that brings hope to thousands of lives, while preserving and improving our world for generations to come.

To date, over 97% of our products are certified eco-friendly, and our research and development team is always on the lookout for new eco-friendly innovations.

Commitment to carbon neutrality: since 2023, Roy. has stood out as a pioneer in its sector by making a firm commitment to carbon neutrality. To achieve this, we offset our GHG emissions by planting trees and implement concrete measures to actively reduce these emissions, with the goal of sustainably decreasing our reliance on offsetting.
In order to reduce greenhouse gases and counteract the harmful effects of climate change, we have restricted our deliveries on contracts to a monthly frequency.
