Since the days of our founding father, Guy Roy, our company's mission has always been to have a positive, lasting impact on people's lives.
Our president Julie Roy is innovating once again, carrying on her grandfather's mission by launching the new Roy. Studies program: RRSP and SCHOLARSHIPS. This generous program aims to support the children of our employees and help fund the education of future generations.
As the great Nelson Mandela once said: "Education is the most powerful weapon we can use to change the world!".

A new program to support the post-secondary education of our employees' children
The new Roy. Studies program aims to encourage our employees' children to pursue their career ambitions. We know that education is essential for shaping tomorrow's leaders, and we simply want the best for our employees' children.
The Roy. Studies program is made up of two main components :
RESP Component
Our RESP component supports the education of our employees' children. Through this initiative, we contribute annually to the education savings plan of our employees' children aged 0 to 12.
Scholarships Component
Our scholarships aim to encourage students aged 12 to 25 whose parents are part of the Roy. family and who are pursuing a distinctive post-secondary education project. Three projects are selected by a committee made up of head office and field employees.
3 $5,000 scholarships will be awarded annually to the finalists of the following scholarships :
Performance
The first scholarship we introduced is the Performance scholarship. Through it, we want to reward a student who has stood out for their academic results. It is awarded to the student with an outstanding academic record.
Innovation
The second scholarship is the Innovation scholarship. Our goal is to recognize a student who has presented an innovative study project. Through this award, we want to support those with more unconventional paths.
Commitment
Our third scholarship rewards a student's commitment. Through it, we want to celebrate a study project that will have an impact on the community.
