What is the Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness certification?
The Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness recognition rewards organizations that offer their employees a healthy work environment, both mentally and physically.
To join this list, a company must first have been certified by Great Place to Work in the previous year (check ✅). Then, 75% of employees must state, in a survey, that their workplace is psychologically and physically healthy. Other aspects are also taken into account, notably the quality of programs that encourage mental health within the organization.
It's an immense honour for the entire organization to see Roy.'s name appear on this list!

Mentorship program
Our mentorship program was developed to support our new hires and ease their onboarding. Mentors are there to guide and reassure new hires, helping them smoothly settle into their new role as a commercial cleaner at Roy. The mentor works on the same contract as the new hire and makes themselves available to answer all their questions and ease their concerns during the first few weeks of onboarding.
Every year, we take the time to celebrate our valued mentors, train them in their role and update their knowledge on supporting newcomers.
Sharing and exchanges between colleagues on Planète Roy.
It's on the private Facebook group Planète Roy. that we share all the company's news with our employees. This space for sharing and exchange allows us to showcase, celebrate and reward our people's achievements. It's a simple way for all members to feel more connected to their colleagues, share their opinions, successes and challenges. It's also a space used by employees to share tips, ask questions and highlight a team member's great work. It's our way of staying connected to one another despite our 450 contracts.
Health and safety
An employee's mental well-being inevitably depends on their safety in the workplace. That's why Roy. constantly invests in its health and safety department.
