How does the hiring process work at Roy.?
At Roy., we know your time is valuable. That's why our hiring process is fast, efficient, and simple. Our goal is to contact you within 4 hours of receiving your application and welcome you to the Roy. Campus for training within 3 days of a successful interview.
So what actually happens after you submit your application?
- You'll receive a call within 4 business hours of your application being received (between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.). During this call, our recruiters will get to know you better, learn about your past work experience, confirm your needs and expectations, and find out your availability.
- The job interview is done over the phone and lasts about 15 minutes.
- We're usually won over by candidates who are courageous, strong, and thorough, available evenings or nights, and who care about doing a job well and about others' well-being.
- If the interview goes well, you'll be invited to the Roy. Campus, located in Anjou, for your (paid) training on the technical know-how of the job.
- The session wraps up with the official signing of your hiring paperwork, the handing out of your uniform, and your welcome kit (a few small Roy.-branded gifts).
Congratulations, you're officially a Roy. You're ready to join a contract.
